Prayer Psalm 1

PRAYER PSALM 1

Baruch Ata YHVH, Elohey Yisrael, Avi.
(Bless You, YHVH - Elohim of Israel, my Father)

I am blessed by You, Abba, when I do not walk in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stand in the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of the scornful, but my delight is in Your Torah, YHVH - Elohey Yisrael (God of Israel), and in Your Torah I will meditate day and night. For then I will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season; my leaf also shall not wither and whatever I do I will prosper.

However, the lawless
(or ungodly) are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in Your judgment nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

For You, YHVH - Elohey Tzid’kee
(my Righteousness),
know the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

Hallelu-Yah!!! For You YHVH are Elohim. You are Elohey Yisrael, Elohey Avraham, Yitzchak and Ya’acov. Avi the Almighty reigns!

These Prayer Psalms do not endeavor to be yet another translation of scripture, but rather have been altered and rearranged to emphasize the importance of the identity of the God of Israel and our personal relationship to Him. They are intended mainly for personal use. (SEE PRAYER PSALM BOOKLETS)
